Nothing like a sleek camel coat to bring your off-duty jersey basics into order. That, and the PS11
might help a bit also. Investment pieces for the ages, these two.

Black on black really never gets old. Some classic sunglasses, minimal jewellery and
a good flick of the hair and I am out the door. Simple, yet always so effective.

Bringing white-on-white into the sunlit urban realm can be a little daunting. One can
easily appear well overdressed in such an ensemble, plus the risk of extra laundry time is
mighty high. The solution? Dress your favourite ivory-hued pieces down with minimal
black accessories, loose silhouettes and a laid-back attitude. That, and be sure not to lean
against anything. Ever. Simple, right..?

Toeing the line between masculine and feminine with some wardrobe favourites, both old
and new. This ASOS coat in particular is a new staple, having barely left by body since it
was purchased. These sort of oversized, androgynous pieces are precisely my type of
clothing - their heavy, all-enveloping nature allowing for minimal layers with maximum
warmth. No doubt a worthy investment.

Trans-seasonal temperatures call for suitably trans-seasonal outfits, with versatility and
flexibility being key elements to day-to-day survival in wavering weather conditions.
Enter the leather jacket. Throw one over anything and suddenly an outfit can be sprouted
from even the most basic of wardrobe staples, with ample coverage for those in-between
seasonal changes. This jacket by BLK DNM is my ultimate version, with its longer-line
and edgy detailing making it the perfect companion to my largely minimalist wardrobe.
